Who we are
Hi, Iām Alexander de Vera, ALM
Founder of FullStack Collective, a revenue operations and go-to-market strategy consulting firm serving mid-market companies that have outgrown their sales infrastructure. I hold a Master of Liberal Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Harvard University, and I bring an organizational design lens to CRM architecture, lead scoring, and pipeline strategy that most operations consultants lack. My background spans full P&L ownership, multi-market sales leadership, and hands-on CRM implementation across media, automotive retail, and wholesale distribution, including building go-to-market infrastructure across 28 markets in 11 states. Before founding FullStack Collective, I served in the U.S. Army as a CBRN Specialist, planning and executing cross-functional operations in high-stakes environments that required rapid decision-making under uncertainty; a discipline that carries directly into how I approach every RevOps engagement today.
My Approach
The 30,000-Foot View
Every revenue system is really an organizational system wearing a technical disguise. I approach RevOps engagements the way an organizational psychologist approaches a dysfunctional team, by looking past the visible symptoms (bad data, missed forecasts, low adoption) to the structural and behavioral causes underneath. Systems fail not because the technology is wrong, but because they don't reflect how the people using them actually think, decide, and work.
Technical Skills
I build the infrastructure itself: CRM architecture in HubSpot and Salesforce, custom deal properties and pipeline stages, lead scoring models weighted for fit and engagement, and data migrations that preserve history instead of losing it. This isn't theoretical; I've configured scoring logic against real ICP criteria, resolved half-built systems left behind by prior implementations, and designed deal schemas complex enough to handle multi-product, multi-issue sales cycles. The technical build has to be right, or nothing else matters.
Tactical Execution
Years of carrying a bag and running full P&L operations taught me what a system needs to actually survive contact with a sales floor. I design pipelines, territory models, and sales processes the way a rep will actually use them, not the way a slide deck describes them, because I've been the rep managing the quota and the manager accountable for the number. That ground-level experience is why the systems I build tend to stick instead of getting quietly worked around.
Not Your Typical RevOps Consultant
A Psychologist's Lens on Revenue Systems
Most RevOps consultants can configure a CRM. Few have graduate-level training in why teams actually adopt, resist, or abandon new systems, which is exactly the gap my Harvard background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology fills. I design every pipeline, scoring model, and workflow with adoption built in from the start, not as an afterthought once the technical build is finished.
Built Across Borders and Under Pressure
I've built systems that account for genuinely different market conditions and team cultures, not just different time zones. That includes designing go-to-market infrastructure from scratch across 28 markets in 11 states, where every territory required its own logic rather than a copy-paste approach. My years as a CBRN Specialist in the U.S. Army Reserve add a level of composure and structured decision-making under real operational stakes that most consultants simply haven't had to develop.
